remanufactured units are supplied with all necessary electrical,
mechanical, and cosmetic upgrades for crisp imaging and like
new operation. And they're guaranteed to deliver performance
and safety features that meet or exceed original manufacturer's
specifications.

Features
Mechanical Systems
- The system is dismantled and undergoes a thorough steam
cleaning of all non-sensitive components.
- The system is inspected for structural imperfections and
fatigue followed by replacement of worn/ unacceptable components.
- All motors, electrical switches and cooling fans are tested
and replaced or rebuilt as necessary.
- All locks, detents and gears are inspected/ replaced as
necessary.
- All bearings and track surfaces are inspected and replaced
or repaired as required.
X-Ray and Electrical Controls
- The X-ray control is internally and externally cleaned
with a non-destructive agent.
- All switch decks, tap switches relays and controls are
tested and replaced as necessary.
- Any nonstandard wiring/ specialized modifications are
removed and unit is restored to original specifications.
- All meters, indicators, lamps, controls and knobs are
tested, inspected/ replaced as necessary.
- New CRT's installed in all monitors.
- Upgrades and enhancements are performed to current specifications.
Generator System
- The high voltage transformer is inspected for cable well
integrity, oil purity, rectifier mounting and interlock
switching integrity.
- All high voltage cables, worn wiring harnesses/ connectors
are replaced.
- All defective components including switches, controls,
and indicators are replaced.
Cosmetic Remanufacturing
- The system undergoes our refinishing process consisting
of Kondar primer surfacing then applications of color coat
with current GE type finish.
- The system is then reassembled for pre-staging and calibration.
- Any cabling subjected to flex breaking is replaced.
- Trim hardware is replaced as necessary.
- The system is completely assembled and prestaged for component
compatibility, operational functions and calibrated to OEM
specifications.
